I hope this site will bring a little history to you, plus too see the hobby I enjoy doing the most "Living History"
During the spring and the Summer I spend most of my weekends camping as part of an authentic living history group called ‘The Pioneers'. who like to portray varied periods of American history ranging from the 1750's to around the 1880's. Depicting every day skills & chores from cooking on open fires to chopping wood! We Mainly Camp at Steam Rally's, Festivals, Country fairs, Western Camps and Re-enactments, You will find the camp date's are below ! We try for realism and authenticity and at the same time enjoy ourselves; our aim is to bring a little history to you. ............................................................................. I portray a 1st Sergeant, dismounted trooper of the United States 7th Cavalry 1870's. My display consists of tent, equipment and uniform used during the period of the Indian wars. On the Images page you see myself in some of our surrounding these Images date from 2004 to 2008 camps, these images will be updated from time to time from new events.
